What is the delivery timeline for local and international orders?

Domestic orders within Pakistan are typically delivered within 3-5 working days. International shipping timelines vary by destination but generally take 7-10 working days for unstitched collections and 15-20 days for stitched items.

Does COCO by Zara Shahjahan offer customization for stitched suits?

Our COCO pret and stitched collections are sold in standard sizes as per the size chart provided on the website. Currently, we do not offer custom measurements or alterations for this specific line.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept Cash on Delivery (COD) within Pakistan. For both local and international customers, we also accept all major Visa and Mastercard credit/debit cards, as well as bank transfers.

Can I exchange or return an item?

Items can be exchanged within 7 days of delivery if they are defective or the wrong size was sent, provided they are unworn and have all original tags intact. We do not offer cash refunds, and 'Sale' items are not eligible for exchange.

How can I track the status of my order?

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email and SMS containing a tracking number and a link to the courier's portal to monitor your shipment's progress.

Are the colors of the products accurate on the website?

While we strive to display our products as accurately as possible, slight color variations may occur due to photographic lighting or your monitor settings.
