At COCO by Zara Shahjahan, we strive to ensure your satisfaction with every purchase; however, if you are not entirely pleased, you may return or exchange eligible items within 14 days of delivery. Please ensure all garments are unworn, unwashed, and retain their original tags and packaging to qualify for a processing.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Contact our dedicated customer support team via email or WhatsApp with your order number and clear images of the item to request a Return Authorization.

  Pack the Merchandise

  Securely place the items in their original packaging, ensuring the invoice is included and the parcel is sealed to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Dispatch the Parcel

  Ship the package back to our central warehouse using a traceable courier service and provide the tracking details to our support team for monitoring.

• 4.
  Quality Inspection & Resolution

  Once received, our quality assurance team will inspect the items, after which we will issue a store credit or process your exchange within 7-10 business days.
